Sautee Beansprout (炒牙菜 – Chau Nga Choi Jai)

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag (~1.5lb) bean sprouts 
  • 4 slices ginger

Directions:

  • Heat wok, pour in oil, put in ginger (‘bao’ the ginger)
  • Put in the bean sprouts and stir with spatula (may use chopsticks with other hand to help initially when bulky)
  • Add salt to taste (~1/2 tsp)

*Beansprouts are just about done when there is water at the bottom – just stir some more and it’s ready
