- 1 tbsp Worchester sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- a sprinkle of sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp oil
- Heat up sauce pan, add oil, add the garlic and sautee (before it burns)
- Add 1/2 cup water
- Add remaining ingredients
- In a separate bowl, add 1 tsp corn starch, 1 tbsp water.
- Stir in corn starch mixture into saucepan.
*After letting the steak stand, add into the sauce the juice from the steak. If after this it is too runny, make another cornstarch mixture and gradually add to the sauce until desired consistency is reached.
