Stirfry Pork Neck with Choy Sum (肉片炒菜心 – Yuk Peen Chau Choy Sum)

Ingredients:

  • choy sum (yau choi)
  • pork neck, sliced
  • soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar

 

Directions: 

  • In a small dish, add 2 squirts soy sauce, 1 tsp cornstarch,  2 sprinkles sugar (thickener)
  • Sautee the veggies and set aside
  • Sautee the pork neck on medium heat and set aside (3/4 cooked; still some pink)
  • Add some water to the wok and scrape up the bits, then add the thickener
  • Add the pork neck back in 
  • Add the veggies back in and stirfry

*choy sum = yau choi
