Fuzzy melon / Jeet gwa – 节瓜 (jié guā)

Buddha’s palm – 合掌瓜 (hup jeung gwa) (chayote)

Japanese pumpkin (南瓜 – nán guā)

Side note:

Sichuan pepper (花椒 – huājiāo) …fa jiu …as in fa jiu, bak gok, chan pay for ‘lo sui’

Chrysanthemum (菊花 – jú huā) …gook fa

Atractylodes or Bai Zhu (白朮 – bai zhu) …bat suet …You can make tea out of this plus dried rose for calming/relaxation (ding ging)
